Our clays and gemstones are found among the slopes of bluestone mountain located in a small town called Bamfield - the jewel of the Canadian west coast. Bluestone mountain is a dormant volcano - with our clays layered all the way down to a refugium at the base. Along this same vein, gemstones such as blue and plume agate are found at the top of the mountain. This naturally enriches the clays with rare earths and gemstones.
